Former nursing employee pleads to sex charge

SANDUSKY — A former nursing home employee accused of giving a 100-year-old patient an unsolicited lap dance recently pleaded no contest to a related sex charge.Brittany L. Fultz, 27, of Marblehead, pleaded no contest Nov. 28 to attempted gross sexual imposition. Fultz was fined $100 and given a 30-day suspended jail sentence.She will also not be allowed to work in the nursing field for one year, according to court documents.On Dec. 3, 2016, while Fultz worked for the Commons of Providence senior living facility, she allegedly made a provocative advance, similar to a lap dance, toward a man, who has dementia, according to Sandusky police.
