Kids shot by BB gun

SANDUSKY — Somebody in a moving car shot two Sandusky boys with a BB gun on Wednesday.Police said there are two suspects in the shooting, which occurred at about 1:48 p.m. at the intersection of Hayes Avenue and Buchanan Street. The victims sustained minor injuries.The 14-year-old victims told officers an older, silver four-door car pulled alongside them as they were walking to a fall sports practice, according to a Sandusky police report. They said the car's passenger brandished a silver BB gun and fired five to seven pellets at them.Both victims were hit in their left arms before the vehicle drove away, the report stated. The pellets caused welts and some bleeding, but neither victim asked for medical attention.The suspect who fired the BB gun is described as a black male between the ages of 15 and 20, with medium length hair.
