Fun for all this weekend | Sandusky Register Festival of the Fish — It's time for one of Vermilion's community celebrations. The 51st annual Festival of the Fish takes place Friday through Sunday in the heart of downtown. There truly is a little bit of something for people of all ages including fun kids games and activities, a variety of food and vendors, a pet parade, a lighted boat parade, sand castle building contests, crafts, pageants and fireworks. There is no admission, making it the perfect weekend destination for family fun, an outing with friends or even a date night. Festival of the Fish takes place from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m to 6 p.m., Sunday. A full schedule of events can be found online at vermilionohio.com
