Temporary water shutoff to affect Bay View on Thursday | Sandusky Register BAY VIEW — Water service to the village of Bay View will be shut off on Thursday, Jan. 19, from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. The shutoff comes as part of a water line project, according to the Erie County environmental services department.
