Perkins and Sandusky fire departments worked the scene of a fire Thursday morning. No one was home at the time of the blaze and two dogs died in the fire.
Mona Rutger and Heather Yount from the rehabilitation facility talked to the students last week. Furry and Meadowlawn elementary schools raised over $1,500 for the center that operates solely on donations.
