Huron residents can take great comfort in knowing that multiple cameras are watching them as they roam some parts of the city.
Or maybe, it'll just creep them out.
Either way it's a done deal -- city council recently approved the $41,275 purchase of eight security cameras to beef up surveillance in key locations.
The cameras will be placed at the police department and city hall on Main Street, and also near the Huron River Boat Basin.
