Coast Guard boat crews from the Marblehead station Saturday afternoon rescued five people from a boat taking on water.

They are not releasing the names of the people on the boat.

A distress call from the boat alerted crews that the 30-foot pleasure boat they were on was sinking near the west side of Catawba Island.

The boat was towed to Catawba State Park.

Somebody forgot to bring the bathtub stopper.

I find it suspicious that they're not releasing the names of the people on the boat.

Not strange, they did not tell anyone who flipped the high powered boat last summer between Kelley's and Marblehead either????

Must be some locals with very prominent names and political connections.
