Cheek takes high honors at Edison banquet

While earning his third varsity letter, junior Evan Cheek also earned awards for the most pins, takedowns, win and team points scored this year in wrestling.

James Kaniarz won the most improved award while John Straka won the Dave Reer Pride award.

In girls hoops, Liz Hill won most improved, best free throw shooter and most rebounds while Amelia Woodyard earned the award for most assists. Antigonie Sanabria also earned an award for rebounds and Ciara Reed won the coaches award.

In boys basketball, Chris Laughlin won the award for free throw performance, while Luke Frankboner took the award for most rebounds and Keegan Hall took one home for most assists. Chris Smith won the coaches award.
