Randal Musick, 58, was charged with cultivating marijuana.

Someone broke into Musick’s home between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday, and made off with an Xbox 360, Nintendo Gamecube, PlayStation 3, $200 in change, and almost 300 video games, DVDs and Blu-ray movies, according to an Erie County deputy’s report.

As deputies investigated the scene, Musick slipped off, saying he was retrieving his dogs. When he returned, deputies noticed white dust covering Musick’s pants. In a detached garage, they found tape askew and a fresh fingerprint on a white vehicle Musick was in the process of painting, the report said.

Deputies went in for a closer inspection and smelled marijuana emanating from the car. Inside, they found two fully-grown, potted marijuana plants, and several more immature plants growing in red plastic cups, the report said.

Musick said he only grows marijuana for personal use.

He was cited and released.

Research Cannabidiol (CBD)
"The leaf products are anti-inflamatory, pain relieving muscle relaxants with many other benefits like being an anti-biotic."
"Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound in cannabis that has medical effects but does not make people feel “stoned” and can actually counter the psychoactive effects of THC. After decades in which only high-THC Cannabis was available, CBD-rich strains are now being grown by and for medical users."
