Shortly after 5 p.m., a Pain and Pleasure Tattoo employee contacted Perkins police after receiving the threatening phone call. The employee said the caller initially asked for “Shawn” or “Phillip,” but when the worker said they were not there, the man began to threaten him, the report said.

The caller went on to say he was just released from prison for attempted robbery and would come to the shop, lock the door, put a gun to the employee’s head and tattoo a swear word on his forehead, according to the report.

The phone number was blocked, and the employee told police he had no idea who the man was.
