SANDUSKY

Local marinas are seeing an uptick in boaters getting out on the water this year.

Marina managers say people are sick of economic forecasts and prefer weather forecasts for planning days on the lake.

Bruce Roberts, co-owner of Harbor North, saw his occupancy rates rise from about 85 percent last year to more than 90 percent this year. He thinks that more boaters are coming out this year.

Amen to this story!  Sick and tired of all that liberal doom and gloom?  Sick and tired of the liberal media excoriating a BP CEO for being on his boat after he was relieved from his post, but it is PERFECTLY OK for a president to go out EIGHT TIMES to play four hours of golf since the oil spill??  Oops!  I wonder what the liberal press would have said about Bush being out on the golf course so much?  I wonder how many pictures we would have seen on the propaganda news outlets?  I wonder if Bush playing golf during a DISASTER would have made the front page of the SR.  The hypocrisy is LOUD and CLEAR isn't it liberals?  Ha! Ha!  The fishing is good, the muffleheads are just about gone, the weather is great, so go out on your boats.  Who knows.  Maybe the USA Today, AP-0bama, CBS, ABC, NBC and CNN will photography YOU and BLAME you for being out on the lake.  Maybe YOU will make the news.  Ha! Ha!  Let me pick up some minnows and join me out on the great Lake Erie.  The perch are active at my spot.  Go out and do something or just stay home and be miserable little liberals with your hands out DEMANDING something for NOTHING!  Go 0bama!  Ha! Ha!
