Mostly drug offenses. Sad. The states think its the only way to make money off this petty crap. Seriously, why do they care who does drugs? Supply and demand. How hard is it to understand that legalizing pot would minimize the demand for harsher drugs and bring in more money than imprisoning the people who understand the money that can be made from it?

The heroin use in the area is getting pretty scary, especially in the Norwalk area. A lot of these young people have kids, and the future's not looking good for any of them. That is one bad addiction, and these young people seem to have sold their souls already.
