Surely everyone can agree: The best gardens have wine and beer.
Hall's Farm Market in Clyde is now Hall's Farm Market Wine & Beer Garden. On Monday it will begin offering wine samples as well as craft and microbrew beers.
Customers can still find their favorite market and deli items.
Product diversity is a key to keeping customers happy, according to Todd and JoAnn Bower, who spent a big chunk of change to create a comfortable, rustic room customers enter from the farm market.
“We needed to diversify to be competitive,” Todd said. “Farm markets are closed for six months. You cannot make a living on six months.”
