We wholeheartedly agree with Bob Muntz of Huron who wrote to say he thinks "it is unfortunate that the Register continues to crucify Bryan Ware." It is not only unfortunate, but unkind and unfair.

We are proud to call Bryan our friend and neighbor. We have found him to be a kind, considerate and helpful young man. Indeed, when an emergency actually did come to pass, we were very grateful to have him come to help us! In the early morning hours when Carl had a heart attack, Bryan joined other EMT team members in reviving him and getting him to the hospital in super quick order. We feel that Bryan and his co-workers saved Carl's life. And to tell you how special and caring Bryan is, he was off duty that night and got out of bed to come to help us.

Furthermore, Bryan found Joan in the emergency room and offered to come back into Sandusky to drive her home. Then he kept in contact with us during Carl's recovery from five-bypass heart surgery. Bryan is a very special person.

Carl and Joan Lasky
