NORWALK

A Monroeville man was charged with aggravated burglary, a third-degree felony, after allegedly displaying a handgun in the Midtown Manor area.

Alan A. Osborn, 21, 22 Manchester St., Monroeville, is in the Huron County jail after officials arrested him Friday morning.

Norwalk police officers and sheriff’s deputies from Huron and Erie counties responded to reports of gunshots at 520 Milan Ave., lot 3A, according to a report from the Norwalk Police Department.

Officers later determined that Osborn displayed a handgun, but no shots were fired, the report stated.

Osborn is being held on a $100,000 bond.
