It isn't over yet.
City leaders said they expected to receive an investigation report by Thursday from Murman and Associates, the Lakewood-based law firm contracted to the conduct the investigation regarding Sandusky police Chief Kim Nuesse. The hours went by, and city manager Matt Kline received no report.
"I don't have anything to report yet," Kline said at about 3 p.m. Thursday.
E-mail requests sent to Michael Murman on Thursday were met with an automatic response stating he will be out of the office until May 18 and unable to receive messages.
Kline said he still hopes to have the report in hand before the end of the week.
