PERKINS

The Perkins Board of Education has narrowed its field of superintendent candidates to three.

The board interviewed eight candidates during a preliminary round of interviews last week and will bring three back Friday for a second round of interviews.

"After a thorough, extensive process including input from a variety of people, we were able to pull out the most promising candidates," said Kathy Lasota, deputy director of search services for Ohio School Boards Association.
