FITCHVILLE

Margie Mutmansky said she doesn't know what's happening to Fitchville -- but she is definitely worried about the direction the small community is headed.

First there was the strip club that moved in several years back. Now Freedom Valley Campground, less than a quarter-mile down the road from Mutmansky's home, is making the transition from a family campground to an exclusively male encampment serving "gay, straight and bi(sexual)" men.

The two controversial entities effectively bookend Fitchville, which comprises little more than a gas station, church and residences.

"There's a gentlemen's club at one end and a men's campground at the other end. I don't know how I feel about it. I am not really a fan of either one," Mutmansky said.

Bluto

Hey , would you rather have crackheads shooting up the place like here in Sandusky? If they are discreet and not bothering anyone I don't see the harm with either the campground or the strip club. The problems start when people forget their manners and act up .
