PORT CLINTON

U.S. Coast Guard officials said 10 or so empty cargo containers were to be fished out of Sandusky Bay Thursday, a day after they tumbled off a Norfolk Southern train.

The containers were empty, and officials say a rail car that contained corrosive liquid did not leave the tracks, so no hazardous material spilled.
