Tailfins Amusement Park didn't make it to its first anniversary.  A bank is foreclosing on the island amusement park that opened last summer.

The foreclosure process was initiated Jan. 11 after co-owners Bill and Lisa Neff of Put-in-Bay failed to pay back loans to the National Bank of Oak Harbor, court records show.
