10:42 p.m. -- 200 block of Rye Beach Road, Huron, Arvel Bush, 31, same address, served with warrant.

SUNDAY, DEC. 16

12:26 a.m. -- 11400 block of U.S. 250, Mark Sanford, 44, first block of Ontario St., Norwalk, charged with domestic violence, assault, using weapons while intoxicated, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

10:13 p.m. -- 300 block of Adams St., Castalia, Eric J. Balduff, 27, 100 block of E. 12th St., Port Clinton, charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

5:58 p.m. -- 2400 block of E. Perkins Ave., David M. Carter, 49, 200 block of Hunters Way, charged with operating under the influence and cited for failure to control.

6:43 p.m. -- 1000 block of W. Bogart Road, Carrie M. Harmon, 38, 1200 block of E. Bogart Road, charged with operating under the influence and cited for driving under suspension.

6:20 p.m. -- Putnam and Mills streets, Robert J. Johnson, 47, 1000 block of Clinton St., charged with operating under the influence, possession of illegal drug and open flask in a motor vehicle; cited for insufficient headlights and white light on rear of vehicle violation.

6:48 p.m. -- 200 block of E. Washington St., Adam C. Dahm, 27, 400 block of E. Washington St., cited for speed, red light violation, snowmobile in roadway, reckless operation and charged with failure to comply with order of police and receiving stolen property.

6:58 p.m. -- Tiffin and Pennsylvania avenues, complaint of shots fired. Nothing located or heard.

No time given -- Juvenile girl charged with burglary and assault.

MONDAY, DEC. 17

3:51 a.m. -- Market and McDonough streets, Paul D. Moore, 41, 2000 block of Camp St., cited for driving under suspension and no headlights.

4:00 p.m. -- 400 block of Superior St., Franklin Guerro, 18, 1200 block of Cleveland Road, served with warrants for possession of counterfeit controlled substance, making counterfeit controlled substance and receiving stolen property.
