William I. Keyes has been indicted by the grand jury for the murder of Stephen Cobb.
Keyes, 19, is the second person to be charged with Cobb's death. Last week police charged 15-year-old Michael Anthony McGee as a juvenile with murder.
Cobb, 29, was found unconscious and lying in a pool of vomit Oct. 6 on the corner of McDonough and Water streets. He was taken to The University of Toledo Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead eight days later.
Keyes is also charged with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery and felonious assault with a specification.
