NORWALK

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to hear the appeal of two parents convicted of abusing some of their 11 adopted, disabled children.

The court's ruling means the parents, Michael and Sharen Gravelle, have exhausted all their custodial appeals and will never regain custody of the children.
