There's some trash talk going on in Erie County.

A trash hauler based in Clyde caught hauling trash outside of Erie County has paid a $50,000 fine, but claims the county's hard-line stance actually will cost the county money.

The Fultz and Sons Inc. trash removal company has also promised to follow the county's rules from now on, Assistant Prosecutor Gary Lickfelt said.
