PERKINS TWP.

No charges have been filed related to a fly-over during the Huron/Perkins football game Friday. The plane flew over at an altitude of less than 250 feet, according to witnesses at the game.

Federal Aviation Administration regulations require aircraft to maintain a minimum altitude of 1,000 feet when flying over outdoor sporting events. The FAA planned to review the incident, which at least one bystander described as a planned event.
