This November we have critical decisions to make regarding the future of Sandusky. I can speak with first-hand knowledge of the abilities of Dan Kaman.

Mr. Kaman's approach to his role as a city commissioner is to both delegate responsibility and to provide leadership. Mr. Kaman's hands-on approach was never more evident than the leadership he showed during the selection of our new police chief. Mr. Kaman chose a diverse group of citizens to aid in this important selection: A teacher, a businessman, a government administrator and a church secretary. His role did not stop with the committee appointments. Mr. Kaman provided guidance and leadership as a committee member himself. The results of his personal involvement are evident in the successful selection of Chief Kim Nuesse.

The city of Sandusky will face many critical choices in the next four years. Mr. Kaman's approach to issues and problem solving makes sense. I urge you to re-elect Dan Kaman as your city commissioner.
