PERKINS TWP.

Perkins Township trustees and police can hear just fine.

They know Anthony Belli and neighbors on St. James Street have signed a petition complaining about noise levels during events at Roeder Harley-Davidson and on U.S. 250.

But because the governing body is a township and not a charter government, trustees and police can't do much besides say cover your ears.
