• Sammie — Male shepherd/lab mix, 1 year old. Housebroken, friendly. Available at 10 a.m. Saturday.
• Grinch — Jack Russell/pug mix, 2 years old. Housebroken, outgoing, fun dog. Wants to be the king of the house. Available now.
• Prince — Male boxer mix, 2 years old. Housebroken, friendly with everyone. Available at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
• Lady — Mastiff mix, 3 years old. Needs to learn what love is. She has had a hard life. Super sweet. Available at noon today.
• Patches — Male boxer mix, 1 year old. Housebroken, full of energy and mischief. Available now.
The Erie County Dog Pound, 2900 Columbus Ave., Perkins Township, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Adopting a dog costs $45, including license and first shots. 419-627-7607.
