Gina Bachman would love to have more choices when it comes to cable television.
Bachman, who subscribes to Buckeye CableSystem, said she is unhappy with her service -- specifically her Internet service.
A bill that was passed in the Ohio House last week could help people such as Bachman by offering other alternatives.
The Ohio House passed Senate Bill 117 last week with a 92-2 vote. The proposed legislation would allow cable television companies to negotiate single statewide franchise agreements to deliver television and other broadband services to all communities.
