Clyde City Council is looking to refresh city income tax laws that haven't been touched since the 1980s.

James Neusser, President of Ohio Munitax, Inc., was recruited to find the city's missing pieces, many of which are mandatory by state code. He created a rough outline of the required codes and laws for the council to review.
