Man found guilty of fourth DUI

SANDUSKY

A Sandusky man pleaded guilty Monday to driving under the influence for the fourth time.

Bobby Hupp, 28, of the 400 block of Venice Road, was found operating his vehicle on July 8 while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

At the time, Hupp had three prior convictions for the same offense.

Hupp's sentencing hearing at the Erie County Court of Common Pleas is scheduled for 9 a.m. July 26.

The maximum prison sentence he could face is 30 months.
