Cedar Fair Entertainment Co. is weeks away from kicking off the bulk of its business.
It released its first quarter results this morning, although that is not usually meaningful as most of its revenue is realized in the summer.
The operations generated $30 million in the first quarter and a net loss of $55.1 million. During the same period last year, the company reported a net loss of $26.5 million on revenues of $23.9 million, excluding the Paramount parks it acquired last year.
