Boldman has 16 years of experience in the amusement park industry with Walt Disney Co., where she held senior merchandise positions.
Shafer has 14 years experience in the industry, most recently as corporate director of marketing, leading the implementation of Cedar Fair’s e-commerce programs.
The e-commerce system is part of the aggressive growth strategy known as the FUN Forward initative put forth by CEO Matt Ouimet.
The program incorporated the new e-commerce program, tiered pricing and premium products, such as fast lane, all of which Ouimet has said led to record earnings.
