Kozetta Pool said this is the first of what she hopes will become an annual Christmas dinner for area residents who don’t have a place to go. “We should have enough for at least 150 people,” Pool said.
The dinner will include ham, potatoes, green beans, rolls, beverages and a dessert. Volunteers will deliver a meal to any disabled people who can’t attend the event, Pool said. Kroger and Meijer both donated gift cards and other items for the event. It’s hosted at 908 Seavers Way in Sandusky.
