At about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, when five people were hanging out at an Edgewater Avenue home, one man allegedly “sucker-punched” another, according to a Sandusky police report.
As those two men began to fight, another man and woman tried to step in to end the dispute, the report said.
During the melee, a dog belonging to the man who allegedly started the fight entered into the action.
The animal bit its owner twice, another man on his face and armpit, a woman’s leg and a man’s thigh, the report said.
Officers didn’t file charges because of conflicting stories and because all involved refused medical treatment, the report said.
