Christian Miller, 40, was arrested at a Homegardner Road home Oct. 25. Federal prosecutors had filed an indictment against him for his small role in a much larger ring, mostly based in Indiana, according to court documents.
He appeared to be the only Ohio Outlaw member caught up in the 51-person indictment. Miller, also known as Millhouse, awaits a September trial, although his case is set for another hearing Friday.

Since his arrest, Miller has changed attorneys twice, from a federal public defender, to court-appointed counsel, to finally hiring his own this month: attorney Jay Milano, of Rocky River, known for once representing Snoop Lion, formerly Snoop Dogg.
Milano has also represented members of the notorious biker gang Hell’s Angels. He also represents Deborah Nelson, the grandmother of a Vermilion Township child who starved to death in November 2012. Nelson has been criminal charged in connection with the death of 18-month-old Isaac Brothers-Bartholomew.
