Norwalk may receive $189K incentive for energy aggregation

Norwalk council members are trying to decide if the city should climb aboard the energy aggregation bandwagon.
The savings to most residents would be small, but there’s a sizable cash incentive at stake for the city.
Council heard the first reading of an ordinance that, if ultimately approved, would let voters decide on the issue in November.
