Brenda Louise (Locke) Clark, 46, of Vickery, died Thursday afternoon, July 29, 2010, at her home after a long courageous battle with cancer.

She was born May 24, 1964, in Greenville, S.C., daughter of the late Mary (Gillispie) and Floyd "Gary" Locke. She was employed as STNA at Med One Care in Toledo. She was a member of Bogart Road Church of God. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a best friend to all.

She will be sadly missed by her fiancée, Fred Hoffer of Vickery; daughter, Kyleen Finlay of Vickery; son, Thomas Finlay of Sandusky; seven grandchildren; sisters, Deb (Rick) McPeak of Bellevue and Linda (Steve) Likes of Sandusky; brothers, Bobby (Karyn) Locke of Sandusky and Doug (Kimmy) Locke of Sandusky; and stepfather, Bill (Leona) Staugh of Sandusky.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Gary Keegan.

Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Sunday in Groff Funeral Home, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Bogart Road Church of God, 1018 W. Bogart Road, Sandusky. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
