Chess tournament set for Jan. 25 | Sandusky Register SANDUSKY — C.H.E.S.S. (Chess players of Huron, Erie, Sandusky, Seneca counties) will have a quad chess tournament for area students 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Milan Library. Students from Perkins, Edison, Norwalk and Western Reserve middle and high schools will participate. Each school will send its top three players to compete in a round-robin style play. Questions about the tournament can be directed to organizer Tim Balduff at polercanoe@gmail.com.
