Sandusky police helped out a tabby in trouble Monday morning.
Police found an orange feline on the 1600 block of Larchmont Drive with its head stuck in a Chunky Clam Chowder soup can.
The can was removed and the cat ran from the area relatively unscathed.

Many public employees have managed to hold onto generous compensation packages while the economy has tanked and private-sector perks have been scaled back.
Take, for example, retirement plans.
Private employers don't always guarantee a pension anymore, and many have ceased matching employees' 401(k) contributions.
Q: Jason, can you find out why we call the back way to Cedar Point "the shaussey?" As we direct tourists that way they often comeback with, "Why do you call it that?" It comes up as a road in the Ukraine on Google. Thanks.
