More than three years after his seven-week-old infant son was killed, Matthew Bain, 28, faced a judge in Erie County Common Pleas Court on Friday.
Bain told the court he "dropped" his son in the bathtub of the Camp Street apartment where he and his girlfriend were living.

"I am very concerned about your conduct,' city manager Nicole Ard wrote in the recent reprimand letter to DeSalle. "You have had two incidents of unacceptable conduct within a span of three months."
