Q: Can the Register Mailbag try its luck at finding out what the City's so called "punch list" contractor issues are with the Paper District Marina. Apparently docks were damaged this past early fall and other issues exist but the City is being hush hush. Also, when does the City anticipate the Paper District Marina to be paid off through Tax Increment Financing? - Don in Sandusky
