A grieving, angry mother wanted answers, but found none -- all she heard was a man professing his innocence in her son's murder.
Aaron Gipson was sentenced Thursday to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years.
Sandusky firefighters and police were called to Camp and Monroe streets Wednesday afternoon after a two-car crash. Injuries sustained by the occupants in the vehicles were not life-threatening, police said.

Shots rang out, once again, in the streets of Sandusky.
A bullet came within inches of hitting 29-year-old Javan Jordan on Tuesday morning, piercing a Reese Street home and smashing into the living room wall behind him.
UPDATE (12:12 a.m.): Three firefighters remain hospitalized after battling the blaze at Cedar Point. Two suffered heat exhaustion and one was injured after falling from a ladder while trying to access the two-story maintenance building, which is virtually a complete loss.
