A woman suspected of drunk driving pulled herself over on Milan Road after mistaking the flashing Skate World sign for police lights.
While pulling to the side of the road, however, the woman lodged her black Dodge Avenger into a snow bank near the sign.
A passerby stopped to see if the woman needed help and called police after noticing she seemed intoxicated, according to a Perkins Township police report.
The woman told the passerby she thought the flashing lights from Skate World's sign were police lights, police said.
When officers did arrive, they found Nicole Scott, 27, of the 1100 block McKinley St., sitting alone in her car.
She denied being the driver of the vehicle and said her friend Ray had been driving, but he ran off.
Scott refused a sobriety test because she insisted she was not the driver. She proceeded to tell police her friend Samantha had been driving, and later that her friend Courtney had been driving. Finally she said her friend Brittany had been driving, according to police.
Police found a half-full bottle of Michelob Ultra in the car and only one set of footprints near the vehicle. Scott had trouble walking when she exited the vehicle and had to be helped to a waiting police cruiser, the report said.
Police took Scott to the Erie County Jail on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence and having an open container. A tow company hauled her car from the scene.

Continue on in this pattern, alternating between sections of micro loop hair extensions and the wefts, until you reach the top of your head real hair clip in extensions. You may find it easier to let all your brown red hair loose for the very last extensions and fit them into place with your fingers so you can ensure there is an adequate amount of hair left over top to cover the tops of the wholesale hair extensions.

Oh wow! Parking tickets and speeding tickets. I don't think there's anybody around that doesn't have them. Fraudulent transfers of property are matter of PUBLIC RECORD, too, but I sure don't see Eeeerie County making them viewable on the recorder's website!

Since you didn't like her record posted maybe you would enjoy this one. Not as flashy, but kind of has a ring to it as to why MATTY is always slamming the local PD.. Unless Nuesse was chief, but I see that both Matt and Nuesse have had issues with parking tickets. Could this be the main ingredient of his attraction with Kim?

I agree with the economy thing to a point. We don't give our youth a very bright future when you live in a time that another nation pratically owns us (wait, I think they do). But, on the other hand you send officers into the schools to tell these kids about the dangers of drugs and alcohol and some of these very people don't live up to what they preach. Oh yeah, and the magistrate who beat his, I think it was his sixth or seventh, DUI because someone put up the wrong traffic sign. Why should we tell these young people to not drink, I can't remember?

So sad to see these young people turning to all kinds of drugs and alcohol. I know it is not new but with such a lousy economy and so many jobs being shipped offshore, what can we expect from them. Hopefully this story will bring a little extra attention to this young lady before she is found dead in a ditch some place. Just saying!

Scary. Gosh to be that drunk to think the red flashing lights at Skateworld was the police and was behind the wheel. Its a good thing she thought that and ended up in a snow bank.
