I am so excited! After completing one month I have lost 9.2 pounds and lots of inches. Read today’s paper to get the exact loss in inches. And that is with training with my personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N BalANCE only two days per week.
He’s getting ready to start me on the third day soon.
There was a concern with my dizziness. But it is getting better. It is still there, but not as bad. Not knowing how I was really doing was hard. So it was exciting this past Wednesday to come and have the final tally. I have been working out at the gym on the treadmill once a week besides working two days with Trevor. This week I will start a second day working out on my own. My family and friends have told me they can see a difference and that is always so good to hear. Of course, they see it in my face first! Always the first place I lose when I am dieting.
