JUST IN: Cedar Fair back to the drawing board on debt problem

 The formal business of Cedar Fair's annual meeting was boring — the re-election of three board members — but the question and answer session was interesting, as Dick Kinzel, Cedar Fair's CEO, took questions from the audience today at the Sandusky State Theatre.

Kinzel repeated that he plans to restore a cash distribution as soon as he can.
