Harper Murder trial: Ricks' case goes to jury

The fate of Thomas Ricks is now in the hands of a jury.

After close to 30 witnesses took the stand in the trial for the murder of Calvin Harper Jr., the jurors are scheduled to reconvene this morning to deliberate.

Ricks is one of two men suspected in the March 11, 2008 shooting death of Harper. He and co-defendant Aaron Gipson face life in prison.
