The Humane Society of Erie County has these cats available for adoption.
Bashful -- 1-year-old tabby and white male was one of seven kittens who came in together. All were named after the seven dwarfs. He is the last one left.
Bitsy -- 1-year-old female black and white kitty. Brought in one year ago. She is the cat who has been at the shelter the longest.
Alfie -- Handsome 1-year-old long-haired tiger and white. Very fluffy tail.
Lucy -- 2-year-old Blue Cream. Striking gal with unusual coloring.
Wendy --The talk of the shelter. Greets everyone with a meow when they come in. Famous for her guest appearance at the recent Home & Garden Show where she talked to everybody. Nine months old, black and white.
Humane Society of Erie County is located at 1911 Superior St., Sandusky. Adoption hours are 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Normal adoption fees are: cats/kittens $60, dogs/puppies $60. The fees include spaying/neutering and first shots.
