Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter.
PERKINS POLICE
TUESDAY, JAN. 31
7:11 p.m. — 4400 block Milan Road, cops pulled over car that didn’t signal lane change, found an infant in car seat but seat wasn’t belted, driver said it wasn’t his child, cops said it didn’t matter — as the driver it was his responsibility; Toby Magi, 29, Milan, failure to have child in child safety seat.

Believe it or not, some people don't know you have to fasten the car seat in with the safety belt, or they just don't know how... so they don't. = Ignorance

Toby Magi, 29, Milan, failure to have child in child safety seat. ladies and gentlemen, i present the logical thinking of one man. it wasn't his so he has the right to break the law and endanger a child. idiot!

Wow , This guy is 29 years old and doesn't know the law ? Perhaps he should be in the back seat and the baby driving .
