 GO STREAKS!

Hopefully these kids can take us back to the good old days of Tracy Steele, Milt Pritt & other great players who would have won it all in '84 if Massilon Tigers weren't cheating by recruiting college players!

I really like that SHS won on Perkins field. At least SHS Band learns a new routine every week. Perkins fans & parents have to hear the SAME OLD SHOW EVERY SINGLE WEEK ALL SEASON just to they can go win a competition at state. I believe that should be outlawed. I mean, who couldn't win an award if you do the same routine enough you can do it blindfolded? How is that "competition"?

It's also nice everyone made it home safely after the game with the unsafe momzillas of Hotytucky.

Thanksgiving is for those who appreciate what they have & give thanks for it; not for those who take & abuse the system for as much free stuff they can scam & rip off those who give thanks for having their jobs.

Size doesn't have anything to do with the win Dr. Seuss. Last year Perkins beat us good. What were you saying last year? Come on lady........  Just take the loss like an adult and look forward to next year.

Way to go BLUE STREAKS!!!

God's job is to judge the terrorists, our job is to the arrange the meeting!

Looking at Sandusky's schedule, I think they have a good chance at getting to the post season. They have to potential to win every game on their schedule, now obviously they may not live up to that potential, but if they do its gonna be fun watchin the streaks play this year. Good job guys, you made us all proud last night.

I am a Pirate fan, and even though we lost, I enjoyed the game.  I would have enjoyed it more if I would have one the $2000.00 50/50 raffle though !!  And Sandusky Proud, you are right --for the most part I thought the atmosphere was fun and spirited, hopefully that will remain throughout the upcoming years.

And ToledoRocket99 -- seriously, you are already postive that the Streaks will be in the Play-Off's, only after two games??  Don't get me wrong, I think that would be fantastic, but don't jinx them.

@ Dr. Seuss:  So the size of the SCHOOL matters? Not the talent that tries out (works hard in the summer months, might I add),not  the kids themselves that want to do their best, not the fun play of the game, the plays, the "luck" that seems to help?

Good grief..... so then what else do you base on size that should be better? Seems like you might be lacking..........

Why do so many of you need to make comments about things that don't even matter??? School size, last year's score, elementary kids leaving, division III (?? huh??), Coach Franklin, blah blah blah....Why can't people just say "Congratulations Streaks!! Good job and keep it up!!!" These are KIDS! And both teams went out and played their hearts out!

What is it that everything has to be analyzed and sarcasm has to be added to the mix......JUST BE HAPPY FOR THEM! This rivalry is incredibly good for both schools.....it was a fun, spirited atmosphere. I know Perkins probably isn't happy about the outcome - but they'll have their chance again next year.

As for now BEST OF LUCK TO BOTH PERKINS AND SANDUSKY as they continue with their seasons. They played hard and they played with class. And they deserve better than the condescending scrutiny some of you constantly give.

Anyway, GO BLUE!!

Truthfully, Sandusky is not that much bigger of a school than Perkins. In fact when the elementary school kids that left through open enrollment get to high school both schools should be Division III. Good job Sandusky and good luck Perkins with the rest of your season.

My guess is "coach" Franklin actually made post-game comments this year.  Lets not get carried away with talk about either of these teams making it to state.  The football in the area isn't very good anymore.

Most of you on here are loud-mouth, stupid idiots
